Viet Tri City hosts a variety of activities during the Hung King Death Anniversary and the Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week in 2023
Implementing the Provincial People“s Committee”s plan to organize the Hung Kings Anniversary and the Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week in 2023, the People"s Committee of Viet Tri City has issued Plan No. 524/KH-UBND to organize and participate in the events activities of the Hung King death anniversary and the Ancestral Land Culture-Tourism Week in 2023, which include many cultural, sports, and tourism activities.
The Viet Tri Open Swimming Competition will be place in Van Lang Park Lake on April 23, 2023. (ie the 4th of lunar March).
Viet Tri Swimming Championship Open on Van Lang Park Lake, slated for April 23, 2023 (ie the 4th of lunar March); street music program “Viet Tri Live music”; performed Xoan singing and performed in Ao Dai costumes, setting a record of “Non river and brocade.” Among them is a socializing activity, which is the collection of ao dai and the construction of Guinness Vietnam records: The longest “non-river brocade” ao dai in Vietnam, with a length of 178m, equivalent to the length of the pedestrian bridge; the longest performance road in Vietnam, with a length of more than 500m; the number of persons wearing Ao Dai who will attend Vietnam"s major cultural and artistic festival is projected to be over 4,000.
Furthermore, Viet Tri city participates in provincially organized activities such as: Voleyball tournament for the Hung Vuong Cup; Northwest Tourism Fair in 2023; Trade and Exhibition Fair in the Northeast - Phu Tho 2023; Cultural camps and mass art festivals; Competition for making chung cake and pounding giay cake in Phu Tho province; compete in traditional sports; and participate in the famtrip group activity “Colorful tourism journey in the Midlands.”
