Phu Tho invites American businesses to invest in the province

At the conference, Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Quang respectfully invited US investors and businesses to learn about a safe, friendly environment, investment opportunities and business cooperation with many attractive incentives.
Phu Tho's socio-economic development strategy clearly defines "strongly improving the business and investment environment" to create motivation to attract investment, develop hi-tech agricultural and industrial production, building tourism infrastructure, commercial logistics services. In 2021, the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) ranks 20th out of 63 provinces and cities, leading the Northern midlands and mountains region of Vietnam. There are more than 200 foreign investment projects in operation in the province.
US businesses with strengths in industrial production using high technology, clean energy, information technology, electronic equipment, automation, supporting industries, healthcare, education, etc have achieved many impressive achievements. These are also the fields that Phu Tho province is interested in and wants to attract investment.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman Bui Van Quang emphasized: “Phu Tho is ready to prepare a clean ground for businesses and investors to choose, at the same time, commits to accompanying investors throughout the operation in the province from the completion of procedures, the investment process to the entire operation of the enterprise”.
Vietnamese Ambassador in the US Nguyen Quoc Dung affirmed that the Embassy would be a bridge between US partners and Vietnamese partners, including Phu Tho province in accordance with the direction of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh "Harmonizing benefits, sharing risks” at the Vietnam - US trade, investment and tourism promotion conference in May 2022.
