Bui Van Quang, Chairman of the Provincial People"s Committee, inspectes the progress of several key traffic projects
Mr. Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People"s Committee, inspected key traffic projects in the districts of Tam Nong, Cam Khe, Yen Lap, and Ha Hoa on February 7.
Chairman Bui Van Quang inspectd and provided comments on removing obstacles and accelerating the progress of inter-regional roads connecting Ho Chi Minh Road with National Highway 70B and National Highway 32C from Phu Tho to Yen Bai (passing through three districts of Tam Nong, Cam Khe, and Ha Hoa); and invest in renovating and upgrading Xuan An - Trung Son road (Yen Lap district) and Ngoi Gianh Lake canal system.
Following the inspection, Chairman Quang praised the investor"s sense of responsibility, dedication, and efforts in coordinating to address challenges and problems, therefore establishing the most favorable conditions for project implementation.
Chairman Quang urged that the Cam Khe District People“s Committee complete the approval of the compensation unit price as soon as possible; and that the Compensation and Land Clearance Council boost human resources to tackle difficulties and problems. The Ha Hoa District People”s Committee concentrated on finishing the compensation, assistance, and resettlement operations.
Along with continuing to promote advocacy, propaganda, and persuasion work, localities must also set up situations that arise during the site clearance process or take coercive measures to have a solution with the motto of being soft but resolute and strict, ensuring security and order, strictness of the law, and contributing to the project"s progress.
The provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in close collaboration with the People"s Committee of Yen Lap district, continues to prioritize site clearance for the Xuan An - Trung Son road project, with the goal of handing over the site to the construction unit on time and on budget. Complete the investment preparation for the Ngoi Gianh Lake canal system project as soon as possible in order to properly use the invested water supply of Ngoi Gianh Lake.
The Chairman also stated that the construction contractors for the two projects mentioned above must take advantage of the favorable weather conditions, ensure safety, progress, quality, technique, fine art, environmental sanitation, no price tag, no corruption and negativity; care about workers“lives; pay close attention to and take care of resettlement, the spirit of people”s lives people must be at least equal to their old residence and strive to have a better place in their new residence.
