Members’ Meeting of the Provincial Union of Cooperatives in 2023, 77th anniversary of Vietnam Cooperative Day
On April 10, the Provincial Union of Cooperatives held a meeting of members of the Provincial Union of Cooperatives in 2023 and celebrated the 77th anniversary of Vietnam Cooperative Day (11/4/1946 * 11/4/2023).

At the conference, Chairman of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance Nguyen Ngoc Bao and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phung Khanh Tai presented flowers to congratulate the Provincial Union of Cooperatives and its member cooperatives on the 77th anniversary of Vietnam Cooperative Day. Noting the results that the Provincial Union of Cooperatives has achieved in 2022, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao suggested that in the future, the Provincial Union of Cooperatives, member cooperatives and collective economic organizations in the province should work together, unite, promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, strive to achieve and exceed the set goals and plans. In particular, it is necessary to focus on promoting propaganda and raising awareness of the people and the whole political system on the role and importance of the collective and cooperative economy; strengthen consulting and support services for members; effectively implement trade promotion programs, combined with investment promotion, value chain building, digital transformation; play a key role in contributing to socio-economic development of the locality.

On this occasion, by proxy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phung Khanh Tai presented the Third Class Labor Medal and the Hung Vuong Medal to the leaders of the Provincial Union of Cooperatives. Vietnam Cooperative Alliance awarded certificates of merit to six collectives and 14 individuals in the collective economic sector of the province.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment awarded medals to three comrades and awarded certificates of merit to a collective belonging to the Provincial Union of Cooperatives. The Provincial People"s Committee awarded the Certificate of Merit to the Provincial Union of Cooperatives, the administrative organization department, the Cooperative Development Support Fund and some outstanding individuals. The Provincial Union of Cooperatives presented emulation flags to three collectives, and certificates of merit to eight collectives. The conference also held admission and awarded membership certificates to 22 cooperatives.
