On October 13, the Provincial People’s Committee organized a meeting with typical businesses and entrepreneurs on the occasion of celebrating Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13).

The community of businesses and entrepreneurs in the province have developed in both quantity, quality and scale. To date, there are over 11,000 businesses, nearly 700 cooperatives and more than 65,000 business households;...

The persistent efforts of the entrepreneurs and businesses in the province recently have made important contributions to promoting the province’s economic growth in the 2021 - 2023 period, reaching an average of 7.29%. The economic structure has changed positively; The average total development investment capital reaches about VND 40,000 billion/ year; The economic scale in 2023 has reached over VND 100,000 billion, ranking 3rd out of 14 provinces in the Northern Midlands and Mountains region; The budget revenue in the area is continuously increasing; Cultural and social fields have prospered, people’s lives continue to be improved; The appearance of urban and rural areas is becoming more spacious and beautiful.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Quang respectfully acknowledged, appreciated and praised the achieved results as well as the important contributions of the community of businesses and entrepreneurs to the socio-economic development of the province. He made congratulations to entrepreneurs and businesses in the province on the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day October 13, and also praised the typical businesses and entrepreneurs honored at the meeting.

At the meeting, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Provincial Party Secretary Bui Minh Chau presented a congratulatory flower basket to the provincial community of businesses and entrepreneurs.

On this occasion, 33 typical enterprises were awarded the title of Typical Enterprise of Phu Tho province in 2023.
