Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People“s Committee, visited Doan Hung district on February 8 to request that the project investment preparation progress be accelerated, as well as compensation, site clearance, and resettlement under the project”s two industrial clusters of Ngoc Quan and Soc Dang.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Hai evaluated the investment preparation for the Ngoc Quan industrial cluster project in Ngoc Quan commune.
At the discussion, representatives from key departments and branches shared their perspectives on how to overcome obstacles for two projects from the Ngoc Quan industrial cluster and the Soc Dang industrial cluster.

To ensure the progress of the two projects, Doan Hung district must coordinate with provincial departments and branches to develop a detailed plan on land clearance of industrial clusters, provide a specific timeline for each item, and assign responsibilities to each relevant unit in the spirit of parallel implementation of administrative procedures with project implementation support. Encourage public awareness and mobilization in order to get compensation for land clearing. Improve the management of the land area that has been designated for recovery in order to avoid situations in which individuals extend their homes and construct unlawful structures on the property in order to profit from compensation for site clearance. The site clearing for the recovered land area that is not needed to be resettled must be completed by June 30, 2023. The resettlement of the land area must be finished by November 30, 2023.
Doan Hung must work with investors to create a complete investment that is near to reality and avoids having to alter many times. At the same time, the investor must have a financial commitment, an investment strategy to construct infrastructure floors, and strategies to attract secondary investors.
