At the event, the head of the Command of Military Zone 2; leaders of provinces and districts, cities and towns encouraged new recruits and wished they strictly adhere to military discipline, State law, cultivate, practice, and contribute their youth and enthusiasm to the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
