In Thanh Ba district, 9 key investment projects are being implemented. Right from the first months of 2022, the district has actively coordinated with relevant units to accelerate the progress of compensation and site clearance (BT-GPMB), creating a "clean" land fund to hand over to investors, and ensure the construction progress of the projects on schedule.

Currently, Thanh Ba district is implementing 9 key projects in the local area, including: Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway and surrounding resettlement areas; Do Son rural residential area combining eco-lodge and aquaculture farm; Urban housing area in Thanh Ba town and the northwest of Thanh Ba town; Bai Ba II Industrial Complex; Urban housing areas in Thanh Ba and Dong Xuan towns; Dong Xuan market; the road connecting from Section Km30 Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway to the district center; the road connecting from Thanh Ba district center to Bai Ba - Dong Thanh Industrial Complex via the provincial road 314 with IC9 intersection of Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway; the road connecting and expanding Thanh Ba town from the provincial road 314B and provincial road 314 to the south of the district (Phase 1).
Key investment projects are very important in accelerating infrastructure development, attracting investment projects, and creating a driving force for the district"s socio-economic development. However, in the process of implementing the projects, the district has also encountered many difficulties due to the large scale of land to be acquired. Projects related to investment and land acquisition procedures are related to many different industries and fields, so the process of getting consensus and solution is delayed...
Bai Ba II Industrial Complex project was approved by the Provincial People"s Committee on October 23, 2021 with a total investment of VND 450.5 billion. The project will create favorable conditions for attracting investments, contributing to labor restructuring, increasing income for people and promoting the local socio-economic development. Currently, the project implementation process is facing some difficulties: Some households who have the actually measured area according to the current land use status is less than the area that has been granted the land use right certificate do not agree to make declaration and inventory according to the actual measurement data but request declaration according to the land use right certificate. Some crops are actually planted at a higher density than specified in the compensation regulations, causing difficult coordination in declaration and inventory. It happens that people expand and build up properties after having received a notice of land acquisition...
Facing these difficulties, the district“s Steering Committee for key projects determines the priority order of implementation for each specific project in order to research, find the causes, and direct the removal of every bottleneck. At the same time, actively propagate and mobilize to create a high consensus of the public in approving the compensation plan and handing over the”clean" site, ensuring the progress for investors.
Relevant units also proactively regularly update the implementation progress, report problems and difficulties to promptly handle and remove. Communes and townships proactively and enthusiastically coordinate with investors in the work of compensation and site clearance, ensuring availability of the construction ground.
