Final Round of The first Korean Language Contest – Phu Tho 2021 organized successfully
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea (1992-2022), on December 03rd, 2021, the Final Round of the first Korean Language Contest – Phu Tho 2021 was held at Phu Tho Radio and Television.
This contest was jointly organized by Phu Tho’s Union of Friendship Organization, Phu Tho Foreign Affairs Department, Phu Tho Radio and Television, Hung Vuong University, Phu Tho Management Board of Industrial Zones. The activity was mainly sponsored by Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). Two months earlier the Interview Round was successfully organized at Hung Vuong University to select the best candidates for the Final Round.

Participating in the opening of contest, there were Mr. Vi Manh Hung – Member of Provincial Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Propaganda Committee, Head of Phu Tho Province's External Information Steering Committee; Mr. Du Van Quang – Director of Phu Tho Foreign Affairs Department, Chairman of Phu Tho’s Union of Friendship Organization, representatives of Hung Vuong University, Phu Tho Management Board of Industrial Zones, and Phu Tho Radio and Television. On behalf of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), there was Mr. Cho Han Deog – Director, and leaders of Korea Culture Center (KCC), Korea Business Association (KORCHAM) together with judges and 10 outstanding candidates.

On behalf of the organizing committee, Mr. Du Van Quang - Director of Phu Tho Foreign Affairs Department, Chairman of Phu Tho’s Union of Friendship Organization gave his warm welcome to delegates and candidates participating in this contest. This is a precise opportunity for participants to share their experiences, exchange cultures, and contribute to spreading the message “Phu Tho – Han Quoc: Cooperation and Development” as well as “solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Korea”.
At the end of the successful contest, the organizing committee and sponsors awarded 01 first prize, 02 second prizes, 03 third prizes, and several potential prizes to the contestants.
